The goal of this first page is to give the project a reliable, branded home under neobourgeois.fr without overbuilding the stack.
It is intentionally plain, easy to edit, and deployment-friendly: static files in the repo, automatic deploy previews in Netlify, and a small GitHub validation workflow before changes land.
